Receiving Specialist (Full Time) — Raleigh

Quintessentials, a boutique purveyor of curated luxury goods in Raleigh, is hiring a full-time Receiving Specialist. You’ll manage incoming inventory, inspect and process shipments in Shopify, organize stock for the sales floor and warehouse, and coordinate with buying and sales teams to keep inventory accurate and available.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Shopify for receiving and inventory management
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive self-starter
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams
  • Comfortable working in both sales floor and warehouse environments
  • Able to lift 30+ lbs regularly and handle physical tasks safely

Nice to have:

  • Passion for beautiful luxury goods or prior receiving/merchandising experience at a high-end retailer

    Website Specialist — Raleigh, North Carolina

    Quintessentials, a boutique luxury retailer in Raleigh, is seeking a Website Specialist to manage and grow our ecommerce presence. The Website Specialist will work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan product launches, execute site updates and campaigns, and optimize the online customer experience to drive sales within budget.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day Shopify site operations: product pages, collections, pricing, metadata, and inventory accuracy
    • Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal updates with the Marketing Manager
    • Optimize site content and layout for conversion, SEO, and mobile performance
    • Monitor site performance and user behavior; provide regular reporting and actionable recommendations
    • Implement and QA site changes, A/B tests, and integrations with third-party apps
    • Coordinate with merchandising, customer service, and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless ecommerce experience
    • Manage projects and vendor relationships within budget to promote ecommerce growth

    Required qualifications:

    • Proven experience managing a Shopify website
    • Strong project management and organizational skills
    • Creative and analytical mindset with attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Comfortable working within budget constraints to achieve growth goals

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience with luxury brands or high-end retail
    • Google Analytics (or similar analytics) experience
    • Basic HTML/CSS familiarity and experience with Shopify apps/integrations
