RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be delighted with your purchase…

If for some reason you are not, FULL PRICE ITEMS purchased are eligible for exchange or store credit ONLY. Merchandise purchased online must be returned to Quintessentials within 14 days from the date of delivery in
person or by mail. Please email, service@shopquintessentials.com, to receive your return label and return authorization. Items returned via mail without prior authorization may be refused.

All items must be returned in the original, sellable condition in which they were sent. Merchandise must have original tags or packaging and show no signs of use or wear. If your return does not meet these requirements, we will notify you by email that the exchange/store credit will not be processed and the merchandise will be shipped back to you. If you refuse said delivery, we reserve the right to retain the product(s) and the amount paid for the purchase of the product(s).

Gift & Registry Returns:

All gift returns should be made within 30 days of purchase and will be issued a merchandise credit in the form of a gift certificate; no exceptions. 

Return Exceptions:

ALL MERCHANDISE MARKED ‘FINAL SALE’ IS NON-RETURNABLE AND IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE.

Any bridal credit redemption, special orders, customized or personalized items are not eligible for store credit or exchange and cannot be returned.

We cannot accept returns on ANY Sale, Discounted, Holiday or Food items.

If any merchandise is returned within these parameters, we will refuse to accept the shipment. No exceptions will be made.

Return of Damaged or Defective Items:

We’re so sorry! If you received an item that is damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, please email us at service@shopquintessentials.com for assistance with your return. Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All orders are processed immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled once the order is submitted. Payment will be obtained at the time the order is placed. Please allow at least 24-48 hours for your order to be fulfilled unless otherwise noted. This includes ALL in-store pick up orders.
