Beautifully unpainted, White Fluted Half Lace allows the craftsmanship to take centre stage. The half-laced rim on each piece shines in pure white along with the hand carved flutes, resulting in an expression that is romantic and versatile. Created in 1888 by Artistic Director Arnold Krog.
The tactile plate in the pattern of White Fluted Half Lace is adorned with a demi-lace and tactile flutes on its border, which almost feels soft to the touch. The lace is handmade as are the subtle fish scale decorations placed in small clusters beneath the lace. The 22 cm plate is well suited for smaller dishes and as a serving dish. The unpainted porcelain of White Fluted Half Lace allows the Royal Copenhagen craftsmanship to take centre stage. Each piece is glazed by hand and adorned with a romantic lace border. White Fluted Half Lace is a timelessly beautiful collection to combine with the hand painted dinner services of Royal Copenhagen.
